BioMaybe I should come back at some inspiried time to write something clever here, but I am feeling neither inspired nor patient. I basically started this journal because I felt like it was time to make a change. My old journal is still active and I don't know if I'll use it.
I'm 21 years old and currently living in Philadelphia with aspirations for moving to Texas, and eventually possibly living in Croatia, where I feel called to missions. I'm into missions, and God, and basically serving Him however He wants. Currently I'm in children's ministry and this is my calling first and foremost. I am a children's pastor and a child of the living God.
I'm also into animal rescue and someday plan to open and run a no-kill cat shelter. I foster cats for animal welfare in Philadelphia and it's just the most amazing and rewarding experience. Orphan kittens sometimes don't make it ( RIP Cheddar, Savo, Zlata, Luca and Laz)but the ones that do it's just a wonderful experience, because they have NO chance in the shelter, and 50/50 odds outside the shelter is better than nothing.
As for me personally, I have two dogs.. Millie (Aussie/Border Collie) and Penguin (Pit Bull); a rabbit.. Izzy (Rexanese); eight cats... Sethie, Tai, Lila, Naomi, Pitten, Willow, Ivan and Jesimenne.
I'm a creative, artsy person.. and while I'm not much good with drawing I love to combine colors and print on paper textures to create anything from a decorated room to mail stationary (on or offline)... I love to write, and I channel that through roleplaying on AOL. If you're nice and you ask for my SN I will give it to you, especially if you can offer me quality, relatively clean rp. As far as that goes.... you either love me or you hate me, and I can deal either way, because my peeps are my peeps.
My first and primary passion is to just serve God. Plain and simple. Everything else, all of it, from hobbies to life goals ultimately surrounds that passion and calling, and it can not and will not be compromised.
